Field Data Coordinator
Pinchin is looking for a Field Data Coordinator to join the Integrated Digital Services group.
The Field Data Coordinator provides support to the Integrated Digital Services team by taking on certain digital transformation and project management responsibilities such as, planning of interviews and meetings with Practice and Operational Leaders to understand field operations, collaboration with IT and finance teams for data integration, development of various field-to-report optimizations using ESRI and GIS tools like Survey123, maintaining an up-to-date form pipeline, and estimating resources to meet program objectives.
What You’ll Do at Pinchin:
- Provide support to internal teams involved in digital transformation, field-to-report and technology-driven efficiency projects
- Prepare and update form development pipeline and resourcing plan
- Coordinate and participate in meetings with Practice and Operations Leaders to develop needs assessments and development strategies for mobile data collection
- Engage in ESRI-related webinars, technology markets and communities to understand emerging trends and technologies
- Training and mentoring of junior staff to learn basic Survey123 form development functionality
- Research and share new processes for form development, in consideration of efficiency, integrations, cyber-security
What you bring to Pinchin team
- College Diploma with greater than 5 years of experience or BES, B.Sc., or B.A.Sc. with 3 years of experience
- Professional or Technical Designation (CET, P. Geo., P. Eng.) is preferred
- Strong understanding and experience on Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook), familiarity with ESRI products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail required
- Current and valid driver’s license with sufficient insurance, and access to a vehicle is required
