Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Project Managers for full-time remote work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following functions:

  • Proposal & RFP Management: Identify and evaluate relevant RFP opportunities and lead the development of responses, including reviewing requirements, coordinating input from team members, and writing high-quality submissions.
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring key milestones are met.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to reduce impact.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for all project stakeholders, maintaining clear and timely communication.
  • Progress Reporting: Deliver regular updates on project status, risks, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational and delivery efficiencies and implement best practices across projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager (experience in GIS and utilities sectors is a strong asset)
  • Demonstrated experience identifying, writing and responding to RFPs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Jira)
  • PMP certification or equivalent is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Esri technologies such as ArcGIS Pro, Online, Survey123, and Field Maps
